What happens during a call?

First, the automated system at Billpercall.com will take your billing information. Once connected, I will ask a few questions to determine the focus and intended length of the call. I will guide the call based on your intentions, within my boundaries and consistent with my own interests and style. I love to be creative and will always contribute my personality and imagination.  When I am speaking with someone with whom I have an established relationship, I will likely enjoy falling into the familiar rhythm of our conversation, knowing exactly where to find our points of connection.  At the end of the call we exchange a kind farewell. Simple!

What happens when I press the "Click To Call" button?  Will I be speaking to you via my computer?

No.  The webcall feature connects us by phone.  You will enter your phone number and the Billpercall system will call both of us.  You may also reach me by calling the number featured on this website.

What happens if you are not available?

If I am not available, you may leave a message at no charge requesting a call back.  You may also request a call back or an appointment through my call request form.

Do you have regular phone hours?  When are you most likely to be available?

Due to my dynamic and busy life, I do not keep regular phone hours.  To recieve a text message notification to your cell phone whenever I sign in to accept calls, text the word "Katja" to 313131 from your mobile phone.  The best way to connect with me as soon as possible is to fill out the Request a Call form to receive a call back or to make an appointment.

How does the call back feature work?

If you request a call back either by calling my 800 number or  through my call request form, I will call you back via the Billpercall system during the time period you specify in your request.  During a callback, the automated system will dial your phone number and take your billing information before connecting us just as if you had called me.

If I request a call back, how soon will you will call?

That varies widely depending on my availability.  I do receive a cell phone notification immediately when you submit a request either by voicemail or through the Request a Call form.  I may be able to call you back in as little as ten minutes.  More likely, I will be able to call you back within two hours if I am available.  If I am not able to call you back during your requested time period, please try again later or use the call request form to make an appointment.

Are those photos really you?

Yes, all photos are of me, and they are all relatively recent. Rachel Stephens and Darling Propaganda are my talented photographers.

Is my billing information safe?

All billing is handled securely by Billpercall Telephone Billing Solutions, an established and reputable company. I do not personally have access to your credit card number.

How long is a call with you?

There is a 20-minute minimum that is charged upon connection, at a fee of $99, with 4.99 charged for each following minute. The maximum call length is 2 hours, although I may make allowances for longer calls on occasion. Within this structure, the length of the call is up to you.

Can I call you from an international number?

Yes, but you will need to contact me at a different number and additional rates apply.  For more information, see my webpage on international calls.

Can we talk about meeting in real life?

We can talk about your fantasies of serving me in person, but we won't be actually arranging an encounter.
